How do you remove a Buff from a champion?

I been trying to remove a buff from a champion and cannot seem to figure out how it is done

Anyone know off hand and able to help?

Bottom right corner of screen, click "Govern", then top of new screen find and click "Enchantments".

The enchantments on enemy Sovereigns who capitulate and join your armies, cannot be removed, but they cost no mana upkeep and are not listed with the other enchantments.
