UI change request

I have two UI change request - pretty please:

 

On the left side you list cities; there is a +/- box you can click to display not display them. It would be super nice if there was a third option to show only idle (Z) cities. Pretty please ?

 

A method to trade and use items; either the ability to use items in the trade menu or maybe add an equipment button next to trade/shop so you can switch back to the equipment gui and then use the item ?

Hmm normaly when I trade an item to a hero, I just select him/her in the army manager. Useable items seem to appear at the verry front of their little status bar thingy. Don't even need to use equipment screen. But for ease of use, it would be quicker to be able to use items in trade. I do a decent ammount of management through that screen.

Yea that is my preference but they do not seem interested in that change so I thought I would suggest something in between....
