Custom Empire Problem

Hello,

 

I've noticed that whenever I create a custom Empire faction, they get Kingdom buildings.  Is this a bug, intentional, or am I simply missing something?

 

Any help would be appreciated!!

My guess is that you forgot to check a box. You may have chosen a common empire race but the idealogy box was not checked...

Nope, I definitely checked that box.  When you create a Fallen Faction, with that checked, do you get Kingdom or Empire buildings?

I confirmed it myself. There seems to be a bug here. It appears that custom factions do not get empire buildings only kingdom buildings. Strange. I've checked it with both an kingdom race and an empire race.

I found the problem... the .xml file in the race folder doesn't have the following

<buildingstyle>EmpireStyle</buildingstyle>

Just add that to the race file and you should be good to go.

The race file is in

..\documents\my games\fallenenchantress\race\
