DirectX 11 annoyance, help needed. =(

Well, my system suffers from quite famous illness: the games cannot detect DirectX 11. From what I've learned, this is not related to video drivers, it's rather Windows issue. And since FE runs solely on DirectX 11, I expected to find some topics about this here, but none found so far. So I am hopeful that the game can somehow find its way to DX11 and be enjoyed? Can somebody please help me cure DX11 issue? O_o

It might behoove you to post this in the Support forum.  It will never get seen in the General forum.

Also, posting your full machine specs will help the support team.

The prob is VERY widespread, lots of different machines are affected (Google helps here). It is enough to say that I have Windows 7 64-bit and DX11-cimpatible graphics card. I just wonder if FE players have found some magic trick to avoid this.

I'm a bit confused by the description. FE does not require DX 11. You have a DX 11 card, and you are unable to start the game?
