Did I goof up a mod?

So, I made a mod folder and put in KHSM for TA, and Pants political parties. Then I added my own political party to his file. Now I can't look at the civilization manager.

I only modified the political parties file itself. Could this have caused the problem?

Probably, as KHSM doesn't touch any of that.
