[.98] Quest Bugs. Can't enter quest locatins

Both of my active quests ("Black Gate - Temple of Samarra" and "Trapped Wildlings - Ancient Battlefield") are unreachable for my units. They are located on the area of my conmpleted quest "Ancient Ruins".

Is there any chance to cancel the whole quests?
