[BUG] Constructors refuse to construct unbuilt structures

I don't know if I'm just one of the chosen for this bug or if others have experienced, but in my AL game I was trying to build a Trade port, and the constructors didn't go and start constructing it after I placed it. I tried to manually order it to construct, and it said that it could only target unbuilt structures. The TP was 0% built according to the mouseover. This never happened to me until 1.04. I've emailed the save to the StarClad support, so hopefully someone can figure out what is going on.

Did you just upgrade that planets logistical slots? The instant you hit the logistics upgrade button, you can order more structures to be built, however, they won't actually get started until the upgrade is completed. This can remain indefinitely if you then cancel the upgrade.

This could also happen if there were enough slots when you ordered the trade port, but something else caused the number of spare logistical slots to change.

It was my homeworld, and the logistics slots had been upgraded for quite a while.

Great, I just realized that I forgot to save the game with this bug. That will certainly make it easier for the devs to work on. :|
