Came back to WindowFX for the beta after a few years away and, wow, things have come a long way!
Any chance that the "Inactive Windows" feature can be fine-tuned a little? It would be great if we could set WindowFX to minimize only certain windows or, to look at it the other way around, exclude certain windows from being spirited away.

If you enable the right click menu feature you can configure it by right clicking on the titlebar of the application.

Returning to the original post in this thread, I found this setting (thanks Neil!) but it doesn't seem to actually work. I can get a checkbox by "exclude this window from autominimizing" but even when it is checked the window will minimize after the timeout period. As for the "always exclude this app from autominimizing" option, can't even get a check on that.
Any ideas? Just updated from the beta to the full release.
Answering myself here, perhaps for the benefit of others: Looks like the key is having a check beside "prevent loss of focus notifications." Seems to be working so far. A bit puzzled at the two other options, though.
mhhmmm.... what about those who use windowblinds with the right clic yet assigned to roll the windows.... ?
(I've not rebooted (or unload & reload windowsblind) my system yet but switching in windowsblind/settings from right-clic = roll window to right-clic = use skin settings doesn't work, when I right-clic a window titlebar I still get the window rolling.
Press alt-space. You should get the standard right click menu for titlebars.
