Repeat Build.

Sup all.

I was wondering down the path of game memomy lane today, and as I was thinking of Sup com, I found myself also thinking of why this game does not have a repeat build feature, As I dont really see and reason why not to have that in place.

Controllability wise you could just hold down the left mouse button for three seconds or so and a repeat icon could come over the ship icon , to show you that it was in the repeat build, and as placing ship construction orders now, just right mouse on it to halt the construction.

An idea , Apologies if this has already been discussed.

It has but don't worry about that.

The answer that I agree with is that the two games have different economy mechanics so they have different building mechanics.

I suppose so, But you have to admit it would be nice not to have to micro construction of ships,

Especially when focusing on the battles having to micro abilities. ;)

It is true yes but it is also a lot easier to overrun your economy with it as well during battle.

I suppose so. Maybe have it so holing left mouse down added a larger amount of ships to the queue? like 10 , or 20?

Its just sometimes I find its annoying when having to micro ships around the gravity well and at the same time keep up with what ships you are sending to reinforce.

Yes, Shift allows you to build in 5s.
