Game is out of date, but i have all patches

so i get on steam today, and there's and update for sins rebellion. I download the patch, start up sins, and it says thats i have an old version of the game, and it requires me to update in order to play online..But i just patched the game today, Is it a bug or a problem with stardock/ICO or is it me ?

Game updates to .81 ICO is looking for .90 version.
