bug .9 alchemy mana to gold

Just trying out .9 for first time maybe 40 min in no crashes so far an improvement on .86 for me.   But back to the point. Anouther faction offered me a trade treaty but wanted me to throw in 75 gold to make it happen. I agreed and this put me a few coins into the negative in my treasury. Should have been no problem since I had the alchemy spell and lots of mana. But what happens when I use alchemy is intead of getting plus 100 gold I get negative 100 and go further into debt. Alchemy as working properly while I had a positive balance only messed up when cast while in the red.
