Steam pre-purchase is now open for Rebellion. I hope we will see pre-purchase option for Elemental : Fallen Enchantress too on Steam soon.

I have Entrenchment, but not Diplomacy. Do I need Diplomacy to run Rebellion?

Rebellion does not require Sins or any prior expansions.
