Help getting the discount

Diplomacy registered to a different e-mail

from Sins Forums

So I registered my store bought sins with one e-mail (the one I login to stardock/the forums) but when I bought Entrenchment and Dimplomacy I used paypal which I use an old but different e-mail to login to, and for some reason those games seem to be tied to this old e-mail, its not a problem in the impulse client I just have different e-mails registered for the keys and they update/run fine but it doesnt see that on the site here so it thinks I only own the original sins.

 

When I try to register them with this account it says they are probably already registered to a different e-mail, which they are but that e-mail isnt even an account... I dont know what to do or how to get them onto the same account now...

Easiest way would be to merge the accounts, though now that Impulse is owned by GameStop I'm not sure if you'd need to do that at Stardock's website or Impulse. Another option might be to to just make a forum account with the email you have diplomacy under.

Yeah I will do that, get another account and get Rebellion on it, the game is stand alone anyway should be fine. Though merging would be the perfect solution if any one has any info on how to do that I would appreciate it otherwise thanks for the idea :D
