color setup

this is trivial but it bugs me every time; i frequently play 10 player games against the computer, usually five teams at a time.  In order to make it easier to see the teams I always select similar colors (I know, there are two left over that don't match, but whatever).

The process of selecting these close colors should be automatic - the player setup should assume these choices, not some random selection.  (and if they gave us two more matching colors that would be nice, too... a third blue and yellow just doesn't work for me...)

one more small thing - i would like an option at game setup to set all players to a level (cruel, whatever...) rather than going through each of the ten and doing it again...

I like the way the game costumization interface works. But it wouldn't hurt if they though of some way to make setting up a game even faster.
