 Titans require the presence of the similar weapons of mass destruction. Just no "Weapons of Mass Destruction" difficult and long to destroy the fleet of small ships.

Most likely. The devs (developers) said that the Titans will increase in power and gain abilities similar to Capital Ships so I wouldn't be surprised if they have similar if not more powerful abilities.
