Question about the Beta

Last they said was people who have Trinity will be able to be a part in the beta at some point.  So make sure you have Trinity.

Nobody knows so far. And yes Trinity will get you in but does this apply if you bought the original and expansions seperately?

As I understood, the digital (download) version of trinity was the requirement.  This may have changed but that's the last I heard said.

That sucks, I bought the GOTY of vanilla Sins and then bought the expansions on Impulse.

As far as I understood, having trinity is not a requirement for playing the beta of Rebellion. I thought you would get instant access to the beta after pre-ordering Rebellion, once it becomes available.

I myself have vanilla sins and bought both expansions seperately when they were released. I did pre-order Rebellion and I did receive my $10 discount.

My understanding is that you get into the beta by pre-ordering Rebellion.  There was a discount on the pre-order if you already owned Trinity or the equivalent Sins/Entrenchment/Diplomacy set, but that offer has expired.

Well the exact I think was), "Players with Trinity are eligible" and "Players with Trinity who per-ordered the beta will be in the beta".  I think those are inclusive--meaning both are needed.  It's not entirely clear.

My understanding was having the 3 previous releases and pre-ordering rebellion was all that was required. In fact I think it mentioned on the order form the same thing, something along the lines of "Will not be charged at this time blah blah blah, you will be notified by email when the beta is open and charged at that time."

Your order contains at least one pre-order item. You will only be charged for the items in your cart that are available at this time. Your pre-order will be saved in our system, and when the product becomes available or beta access is granted, you will be charged and notified by email.

Although that doesn't state it as clearly as I thought it did, or it was somewhere else I read it.

Thank you guys. I got Trinity on Impuse and I might pre-order Rebellion as well if it means getting into the beta early

i just wish they'd give us a simple answer, i love this game, so much, like, more than anything, so i want to be the first person on the beta! just wish theyd release more info!
