Can you change planet types in dev.exe?

I wanted to change a planet from an asteroid to X, is there a command for such a thing? as i couldn't find it in change galaxy.

Afraid not, if you want to ensure a certain type of planet is somewhere you just have to make a map with the galaxy forge. Also check out this guide for any more dev.exe help.
