Is there a good program that lets you read entity files, I have some tweaks I want to do to Sins, but nothing on my computer can open them?

You need to convert the entity files to TXT. harpo99999 has tools you can use. Plus I believe he just uploaded a set of TXT entity files for ones like you to use if you don't want to mess with converting.
