Diplomacy Modding, insert Models with Textures?

I want to convert a Mod from Vanilla to Diplomacy.

 

I hav the models, the textures everything. ;)

 

The Question is, what must i do to insert the Models in a new Mod? :) In special i mean the coding things.

 

it would be cool if someone can explain it, or give me the link to a basic tutorial. :)
