Trying to buy the Limited Ed. Box Upgrade

It says I need a prerequisite purchace...

Hello,

 

I'm attempting to buy the Limited Ed. box, but when I get to the check out on pay pal, Instead of an order confirmation, I get a message that says that I need to have purchased the Pre-Requisite in order to buy the box... which I understand...

That said, I bought the game at PAX, as a pre-order (I met Brad W. too.. which was cool.. but I digress, heh.)

Anyway, I'm guessing that there isn't a record in Pay Pal of my purchase so it's kicking me out as if I don't have the game paid fore already... Is their anyone that can help me?

 

Perhaps this is a question for Customer Service....

Send an email to sales@stardock.com and explain it to them. They'll be best equipped to sort it out.

Make sure you're using the full checkout rather than paypal express. If your email addresses for paypal and impulse differ, it will most likely be checking the paypal address for the requisite download version registration rather than your impulse email if you use express.
