havent been able to log in to elemental mp keep getting the error ------an error occured while processing your request ive tryied everything firewall antivirus,reinstall,impulse reinstall and nothin put a support ticket in but no word anyone haven any luck in this field.
I'm having the same problem. The game starts to load, then I get this message:
"Failed to download data file. Please make sure that you are connected to the internet, have signed into Impulse, and that no firewall or anti-virus program is blocking elemental."
The only thing that has changed about my system is that Elemental was updated. I just installed another update, hoping it would fix it but it did not. Obviously my internet connection is fine and I am logged into Impluse (hence this post). I tried turning off my anti-virus program (Norton) even though it never caused a problem before, and I still get the same error message.
Aparantly I am not the only person with this problem. Can we get a little help here?
I am having the same problem too after updating. I don't even understand why I have to be logged into this site anyway when I have no interest in playing a multiplayer game.
What ? this game is broken again ? I starting to regret buying this game...
