Disappearing crystals?

Hey guys, I just noticed I'm losing lots of crystal, no idea why (I'm a new player btw.) I can accumulate like 500 crystals, and all of sudden it drops to 100. Any ideas why is it happening?

 

PS: I'm playing Diplomacy expansion

If you're Vasari and you have minelayers, leaving their ability to drop mines on autocast could be eating your crystal reserves, but outside of mines, the only other abilities that cost resources are Starbase constructors.

Yeah, I'm playin Vasari, but I have not built a single minelayer nor starbases : / IDK what's going on.. Ty for the reply though.

Am I missing something? Is there a crystal stealing ability or something? Building new squads (bombers, fighters) costs crystals?

Does dark armada ability cost something at all?

This would probably be it.  The returning armada requires resources to call.  It's still a small fraction of what those units cost, but it's not free.

There is no ability to steal money in this game, and fighters/bombers do not require resources to replace.

Thanks for the reply, that's exactly the problem. Thing is, I had auto-cast enabled on that skill, now for some reason it keeps calling the dark armada back even after I disable it.. : S
