What's the best resource for finding out how to play.....
Just bought the game because of the smokin sale price and I could not make heads or tails fo the mess of graphics. Couldn't even figure out which unit(s) were mine. Any manual or forum post available online that can explain the basics?
I would play the single player campaign to figure out the dynmaics of the game. After that play some random noob games until you can afford blood of the fallen as a favor item. By then you should be able to understand small tidbits of the stuff they are talking about in the strategy forum. Then just type demigod replays into google and watch the ones where the same DG plays each other, that you want to get the best at.
The only thing you control is your character that you pick and any minions that you summon all the things running through the portal are free agent npcs.
You are in the right place, so are already a step ahead of people who bought the game and didnt come to the forums. Check the strategy forum, that is where you can learn alot... But to be clear, that is only the starting point. This game requires that you know what you are doing AND have lots of experience playing proper builds over many games.
