Hey Frogboy, time to tell us, are we going to get a 1.4 patch or is it really dead? If this is dead, why did you focus on another game (which was rushed out the door too soon and has many errors) and abandon this possible piece of art?
Its not up to Stardock to make patches, they published the game they didn't develop it. Stardock would have to pay GPG's to make more patches.
And since the "support" that they did pay for turned out to be somewhat... ummm... well, perhaps lackluster would be the word? I doubt they will be hyped to be paying for any more.
It is my understanding that a new patch will be released, timeframe is unknown.
It is also my understanding that it is already in the contract between Stardock and GPG.
I currently have no reason to doubt it's release but it may be sometime though.
