Image Reduction

A very minor issue, but when an image is added to a post (and reduced so it fits within the forums) the reduction % is incorrect.

Right now it says "Reduced X%" which isn't true since the images are actually being reduced 100 - X % (ie: if it says an image has been reduced 89%, it's actually been reduced by only 11%).

It should read f.ex reduced to 89%, is what you're saying, right?

So it should say 'reduced to x %'.

And once you understand that, it is even a more minor issue.

A bigger issue for me is having to refresh the page after initial loading to get all the images on the page reduced. More often than not, some images do not get resized the first time. Anyone else seeing this on WC?
