assassin's and general's favor items- how to get them???

so i managed to get the regular favor items...

 

how can i get the special assassin's or general's favor items??

I had this problem waaaayyyy back when I first started playing.  Its right there... you just aren't seeing it :)

1 - only assassins can have assassin favor items... only general, general favor items.

2 - see pic below.  Its a tab that you click on when selecting favor... its on the left side of the pop up window.

I spent so long on here reading about blade of the serpents being awesome for TB wondering why I couldn't get it, if it was an old item no longer in the game etc etc... When I finally spotted that little tab there I felt like such a douche

Max you're a bad TB. Watch a replay of teseer's hybrid, he levels up so frikkin fast it's insane. The tower is usually down in two minutes as well. Also, blade is > all for TB except maybe in a 2v2 when you need to be able to tank, but TB isn't really that great in a 2v2.

Not really. Rain of Ice drops a creep wave instantly until catas and giants. Then fire nova will finish it off.

But what I'm saying is that Max is always under-leveled because he runs out of mana and can't kill creeps or hold lanes.

There's more to leveling then just killing creeps fast. I've personally never seen anyone out level a properly played UB on the mana-side. I'm speaking early game before anyone has shopped. 

Of course, after the first 10-15 minutes of the game, I can see the TB outleveling the UB...

UB levels faster because he can hold lanes very well. There is no "lane holding" in this mod, so TB will level as fast if not faster because of the higher AoE damage. BotS lets TB stay indefinitely as long as he hides behind a tank.

Fire TB with BotS isn't terrible, it's just kind of mana overkill IMO.

I think fire TB (blood) is good for 2v2, but in 3v3, Rain of Ice + Fireball does more damage than Circle of Flame + Fireball, and chances are, someone else will be tanking. It seems that in 2v2 you need to be able to live a lot longer and take some hits.
