A problem

from GalCiv2 Forums

I was playing as Thalan, Large Map, Common Habitable Planets, Abundant Planets, Loose Clusters, 2 opponents (Altarian, Korx) when all the sudden, the main view went black.  The rest of the GUI was present, and functional, but my view was black.

 

 

Is this problem common?  Can I fix it?

This happens to me occasionally when I alt tab and it seems it doesn't recognize I've alt tabbed quickly enough, so it pans off of the map.  If you simply try to pan/drag the screen back, it should restore things to normal.  Alternatively, try bringing up the planet list and clicking on one of them to focus on it.
