GalCiv II Ultimate - sale

Does anyone know when / if GalCiv II: Ultimate Edition will be on sale again?

I found out about it on sale for $10 but was too late to buy it.

I was wondering if this was likely to be repeated, because I saw a boxed edition with only the first expansion, but i would much rather give my money to impulse.

There's no real telling when something like that will go on sale again, but I'm sure this past weekend wasn't your last chance.
