A Small Question Regarding Mod Particles

I want to use (just for personal fun) the TEC planet bombing and missile effects from this mod: https://forums.sinsofasolarempire.com/368651/page/1/ On their own. What files would I need from it?

Just using the Weapon_TechFrigate_BombingHit (or whatever it's called) PARTICLE files, for example, work but also make weird looking white squares show up along with the normal effect, so I guess I'm missing something.

Im guessing its missing a texture file? You can see this in particle forge (or in a text editor but it wont be pretty unless its text but still does the job).

Yeah, I'm just asking here because Particle Forge refuses to run on my computer.
