HELP LOGISTICS WONT WORK!!

When placing a ship on top of the other it sais:

'0 out of 629 logistics available'

 

after I click on any amout of ships, be it 2 all the way to 20. It sais:

'You cannot create fleets higher than you logistics score'

 

I'm not sure why it sais 629?! It used to be a normal amout like 10, I haven't changed anything, it's very annoying however because it wont enter the decent fighting system with only 1!

wait 629 logistics? Are you playing with any mods? Basically this sounds like some sort of wrapping error with the logistics number being to high for the game to interpret.
