Game clock question

Is the game clock on the score board inaccurate when the game is lagging?

I stopped playing for a while becuase I'm tired of assholes desynching and or cheating to get the almighty win. So today I came back and played in a "nooby fun" game. Two players on the other team promill and De-Generator had low ping before the game but during did not. The game lagged like hell and people started to quit. I quit at 2 minutes and change on the clock but on pantheon it said the game had gone 11 minutes and gave me and every one else except coincidently promill and degenerator a loss.

This is an amazing game and I really like to play, but the frustration level is rapidly rising.

Any way I'll stop pissing and moaning now. If any one could shed some light on the clock issue I would appreciate it.

If your whole team does not quit the game continues... so if any player on your team does not concede and it moves past 3 minutes the game counts: moral of the story, concede or get them to concede pre 3 mins or you might as well play it out if you care about your score... or at least I believe i am correct...

I thought if you quit/ end game before the three minute mark it was n/a regardless of what your teamates did. I guess I was incorrect.

It's only an N/A if at least one whole team disconnects or concedes before three minutes go by. Basically the game has to end before 3 minutes are up. If there's at least one human player left on each team then the game will continue- and count.
