HELP!

Damn game wont work!

I've recently bought a copy of galactic civilazion 2!

Problem is, I want to update it! The CD key wrote on the 2nd disk DOES NOT WORK!! I've mailed stardock support twice already and it's been almost 3 days, I want to play the damned game i bought!!!

Is this a common thing, I've tried all variations, I thought maybe the '0' (zero's) were actually 'O' (letter O).

The key will contain only 0-9 and A-F. If it has dashes, include those when entering it.

Support's normal turnaround time can be up to two business days. Please do not mail repeatedly before getting a response as doing so will actually delay your ticket further.

Was your ticket number JWO-464702 ?  If so, It looks like your ticket was submitted on Feb 09 at 11:00 AM and was responded to on Feb 10 at 01:07 PM. Did you have another ticket? Looking at your post, it's roughly 7 hours after you wrote to us.
