How to chat in multiplayer

Ok, I can't find this anywhere.  You'd think the manual would be a good place to put it... <_<

 

So, enlighten me and any other new multi player wanting to know.  How do you chat in game?  Please list everything there is to know about it.

Press enter to bring up the chat field, type your message, then press enter again.

To chat to allies only, preface your message with /a

To talk to a specific player, preface your message with /w "playername"

You can also use tab and shift+tab to go forward and backward through all the chats/whispers after you press enter, it types out the prefixes for you.

also if someone whispers just use /r and it responds to the last whisper you got

and /ignore "playername" use that to ignore jerks who you dont want to listen to, Siddy is a really great person to ignore :)
