GUI for ConvertData

I am in need for a GUI for the ConvertData program. I've already downloaded and tried Harpo's, it doesn't work.

Could anyone point me to a link?

portalboat, did you have in the path a folder with the expansion AND version number similar to the mod folders?

if not that is WHY it did not work
