DA shadow swap is the only thing that can interrupt lvl 3 shield from oak.
i dont know if this is intentional but i feel nerfed (been playing alot of oak lately)
Yes thats true, i shielded and ported to the citadel, the swap ocurred right at the teleport completion. Imagine his surprise when he showed up at my cit lol.
Level 3 shield is pretty OP.
But it's not like shadow swap "harms" you for any damage to be shielded, does it? 
nothing should interrupt a lvl 3 shield or higher!

The swapping effect itself is not a debuff and therefore is not protected from level 3 shield. Note that Shadow Swap cannot interupt an Oak from porting with a Level III shield, simply swap locations wtih him. This is not a bug and this is by design.
it will interrupt a shielded teleport from casting.
that is the main reason i posted here.
