New to online. Anyone want to play

ICO is normally pretty quiet.  You'll find the most action during European and North American prime time (say, from 3 pm to 1 am U.S. Eastern Standard Time).  It's not too hard to find games at those times if you're a little patient and willing to play whatever is available.  Note that most of the action is for Entrenchment now, which is where you'll find the 4v4's and 5v5's.  However, I think you're more likely to find newer players in regular Sins.  (You'll want to get Entrenchment if you play online a lot.)

Thanks for the invite. I got another one also. Trouble is I am from UK and that would mean it would be like 3-4am here when you guys start. I could wake up at like 6am, but I am guessing 12am eastern would be too late for you guys.

Also are you guys new to the game, or is there anyone new in the 3v3 or 4v4 to help balance the game?

understandable, ill see if i can get a game thats more UK friendly. ill talk to who the game is organised with and ill see if i can get it scheduled for earlier, as in morning/early afternoon here, or much later. i may be able to get  smaller game for a 12am, though im a little skeptical. i may try to get a game around 12 to 2 pm or so next week some time

the balance right now for the 3v3 or 4v4 depends on who else we can find. the guys i usually play with arent noobs necessarily, but their experience is limited. two of us have been playing for about a year now, mostly comp stomps, but have little online experience. everybody else has picked up the game less than two months ago (atm there are 4 of us actively playing, 5 when internet cooperates). they are quick learners, and all of us have experience with other rts's, but it wont be too bad. and even if you get outclassed in the first few matches, you will learn quickly.

Well i am not a n00b exactly. just new to ICO. also i pick things up quick also, so after a few games should be balanced i think.

im from nottingham in the midlands, and i dont play every day but when i do play its usually about 7ish, which is usually too late, however its the summer hols so until october i can be playing any time in the day sometimes at 2p, how about you?

My ICO name is the same. I mainly play the weekends, but play weekdays too sometimes after 8pm. I already played today. The game was a FFA with 3 people which lasted over 4 hours! Lucky me one guy left after 2 hours as he looked like he had the edge over me slightly. So I ended up winning in the end as I cultured the other guy out after beating the AI of the guy that left. lol. I had superior fleet anyway.

I will add you as a friend. Maybe we can arrange to play during the week. If not definetly this weekend. Are you new to the game, or new to online? I have had the game for about a month now, so I am not n00b, but not very good eihter.

thats awesome haha, ive never played on online game for 4 hours, usually when i play people leave and thena fter about an hour im the only person left:P

but awesome yeh we'll deffo play sometime soon! ive had the game a bit longer but im still not brilliant at it, you'll probs beat me hehe

I'm willing to play vanilla as well but I don't have any experience online. I want to stay but i would like couple of practice games just to get a idea what's going on. I'm kinda shy to ask on chat .
