Is it me or is that the last fews days, lag has been getting really really bad, even when pings/sims speeds are supposedly great...what is going on? do the servers need to rebooted or something?
Alot of that probably has to do with who you play with. I know i cause alot of people to lag because i am in hawaii and well my connection obviously wont be as great as others. And i have had games where i was playing with people from guam, and the uk and the games lag wasnt even noticeable to me except on rare occasions so i am not sure about that. Maybe people who dont have great broadband, like clearwire for example, are playing in your games.
I've noticed this too. I see pings of under 200 with decent sims but still get lag.
Yep, seeing it a ton lately. I usually never see lags with 4v4 but recently (post 1.1 perhaps?) theres been a lot of stutter lag despite everyone having 5+ sim and under 200 ping. 5v5's for me went from playable ~50% of the time to mostly unplayable now.
Guys one thing you should do is ask everyone if their ping is 350 or below. Just because you're pinging below 350 to everyone doesn't mean everyone else is to everyone else.

Yeah, something isnt right. I've had a ton of lag games (3 in a row right now) and its not me because when somebody leaves from the lag things get better sometimes. Nobody has high pings or low sim speeds, but the game is still terrible.
At the moment, Im getting lag spikes when I push the button to connect to the internet... When I try to look at my achievment page, When I try to leave after a match has finished. The few games I have played today have been totally uplayable.
Before today I didn't have any of these problems playing online 
the problem is one users upload speed is too low to run games with large numbers of players
i know that my current upload speed means i am limited to 3v3 or less, even with 9 sim speed and <100 ping
upload speed is not displayed in demigod, so you will never know who is lagging the game due to low upload
I believe it has something to do with the proxies being messed up.
A few days ago, I joined a game and got proxied to 3 people, and had weird pings with them, approaching 300, even though we were all from North America. My pings with the other people who werent proxied were normal, around 100. The game lagged even though all sim speed were 4 or higher, and no spikers from what I saw. Kind of weird since all my pings were still under 350 despite the weirdness of it all, maybe there was another pair of players for whom this wasn't the case.
