Can't download from Wincustomize???

...Trying to find a clock that will be useful on a small dock

I'm on Wincustomize looking for a decent clock that will work on a small dock. Analog clocks are just too small to read the hands.

I've found three candidates... I go to download and try them and it tells me that I'm not allowed! WTF???

I'm an ObjectDock and a ObjectDesktop subscriber, yet I can't log in or access these downloads at all.

WHAT'S GOING ON??? o_O

Being a Stardock customer and a Wincustomize subscriber are 2 different things. I am pretty sure there is a download limit for people that don't subscribe to wincustomize.

As a current customer, there is no download cap. Try logging out (you posted this thread logged in) flush your browser cache and then log back in. If that doesn't work start a ticket with support@stardock.com

Same problem here; just got ObjectDesktop today, and after a decent bit of downloading... got the same redirect.

Welcome to the world of skinning. Are you a subscriber of WinCustomize as well as ObjectDesktop? As a subscriber of WinCustomize, there is no limit to your downloads; if you aren't, you are limited to some degree (which someone hopefully will provide more details about).
