Opened up a galciv forum site :)

I was soo impressed by Galciv that I dedicated part of my sitre to it. I have set up some nice liitle forums and will definately keep updating whatever galciv news comes along :)

of course galciv.com is the best I hope my fansite can help galciv out too. :)
