"TheMaverick" Freezes 5v5 game

yeah we were playing and he froze the game, just wouldn't stop getting the "lagging" message out of him. This is the 2nd or 3rd time somebody pulled this one me, and my suspicion is it is all the same guy. Someone please look into this
