a new kind of problem with favor

I noticed something with the favor points yesterday,

I played a match against ai to check how many favor points i had and decide which favor items i would buy next.

So i set up a match against ai only, and i take QoT since i never use her.

No problem during that brief match (starting level=20 to speed up things) but on the next match i notice that i have more favor points that i should have.

After some tests i realise that ok, you do not gain favor points in a match vs ais(which is normal) BUT you are still able to gain achievements and the favor points that come with them. And that is totally broken, there are a lot of achievements that you can get by yourself in no time vs ai.

That has to be fixed, you simply should'nt be able to gain favor points AND achievements during a match vs ai only. I do not congratulate you on this one gpg.

Cry more? I mean favor is hardly a matter on it's own even with the "old ai exploits".

But to complain about such minimal problems is really nitpicking.

Favor system is useless. They should make it exploitable against ai again or take it off and make alle items accessable for everyone.

 

It only makes it even harder for noobs. I mean having a favour item or not is a huge difference. For example Serpent Blade is a difference for the torchbearer of 3000hp because you need no mana items.

 

You could als a friend too if he lets you get some freewins. Stats are worthless atm and will be resetted some day.

it is just that making you unable to gain favor point when you play against an ai while forgetting that you can still gain a whole bunch of favor points is really a stupid error, no crying or trolling involved. I just want to report that bug so it can be fixed asap.

yep, i observed that bug while creating an online match (not solo) against ai and i have made some test, at first i thought that the favor where coming from regular favor points and had a hard time when i realised the devs simply forgot the achievements when they tried to fix the ai exploit.

The favor points are normally to be stored in differents pools for solo/custom+skirmish/pantheon (but since i don't play in solo mode anymore and i don't have the patience to wait 10 minuites while the pantheon matchmaking system does it's job i don't know for sure)

A simple not of such a stupid bug or just something they forgot would be enough.

But allright perhaps I over reacted due to the overcrowding with trolls, jerksand idiots.

Doesnt't mean you are one since most of your post are quite good. My apologies :)

no problem^^, maybe the problem is coming from the fact that i am french and in french i do not congratulate you on this one ("je ne vous félicite pas sur ce coup là") is maybe more common and less aggressive than in english. i just wrote that because i was amazed to see that they have forgot that detail.

And to Opawan, yes you gain quite a lot of favor per winning match, but since my points started recording just a week ago, being able to gain 2k points per hour makes a huge difference.
