New patch 1.01.104 removed my resolution setting!

I had a reslution of 1280x769 (16:9) and now since I updated via Impulse, there is no option for my previous setting and was reverted to 1024x768. The wierd thing is that it also happend to Sins of a Solar Empire. I was playing (Demigod) about an hour before the patch update in 1280x768, then after the patch I noticed the setting were changed!

go to mydoc/mygames/demigod and edit resolution to your needs in game.pref
