coupon problem?

I'm going to use this to give to a friend, but his gaming rig is still in the design phase. Basically, he doesn't have a comp that can run it right now. What I want to do, is buy it myself, and give him the license when his rig's complete. Is this doable?

What is the point for that? He can just create a Impulse account if he hasn't and buy the game. Then when he will get a new pc he can play. No need to high end pc to buy the game or download the game. :)

He can login his account from your computer or Internet Cafe, I think it is not the problem. :)

How can I figure you didn't say anything about gift? You said I want to give coupon to my friend. If so create an account for him and buy.
