Right folder, all you need to do is then unpack the RAR file using either Winrar or 7-zip to gain access to the mod folder that you are looking for. They usually do it this way so that large mods can be downloaded faster as they are compressed into smaller more manageable files. 7-zip is the now the generally preferred choice for mods here as it is better at compressing large files to small ones than Winrar.

Also watch out for mods that are unpacked within folders themselves, meaning sometimes when you upack them the mods are inside another folder for example:

Entrenchment 1.02

Mod name

Mod name

GameInfo

Meshes

etc...

the structure should always be:

Entrenchment 1.02

Mod name

GameInfo

Meshes

etc...

in order to see and activate a mod.

are the RAR unpacking tools already on the computer, or do i have to download, and how do i use them ( thx so far :))
