particle forge error

help!

i downloaded the most recent Forge Tools and unfortunately, particle forge won't run. I click on it an dimmeadiately, windows saws that it does not work and shuts the program down?

I know that seems like not much information, but thats all i have.

Suggestions?

do you have the newest .net framework? i think the forge needs it.

i read somewhere in the forums that particle forge needs to be in the main folder os SINS. I tried that and it worked
