Where can I find some replays to watch?

Hello, I just bought sins (don't have entrenchment yet) and I would love to see some replays of multiplayer games.  What is Sins system of distributing replays?  How do players find good replays to watch?

I like Visari and it would be great to see a replay of a 1vs1, 2vs2, and 3vs3

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Here is a recent post with a replay or two.  There is another post somewhere with a lot of replays.  I downloaded some but could not relocate it. 

Remember to make sure the replay is in the same version as you are currently playing.
