Stardock Win

I have played a ton of games and have utilized the forums in about half of them. I have seen where a PR guy posts all the things they want to work on/fix/change and nothing ever happens. You guys at Stardock really working hard and fast to fix these problems and ,while some of them still exist, you have fixed a number of them that people post about on the forums. I had to deal with customer service 2 times so far. The first response I got I recieved in about an hour and a half. The next response (and the fix to my problem) I recieved the next day. Thats pretty darn skippy for still being a new game and having to deal with tons others like me. Also, when I was talked to about the problem, I didn't feel like a PC generated a response and it wasn't a non personal, business guidelines answer. It was funny, helpful and fixed my problem. Thanks guys for working so hard, and below I've left the last response from the rep that helped me. Good stuff guys, keep it up.

I agree 100% Stardock has made a great game and their customer service and communication with the public has been unrivaled by any other developer I have experienced.  The few problems that do exist today seem to be ones that don’t prevent MP game play (e.g. My sudden lack of favor points).  If what we have seen already is any indication of how Stardock operates there is do doubt in my mind that these problems will be solved soon.

Exactly, the favor points thing kinda stinks right now, but getting better, and the connection time could be better. You can tell they are working on it and the most important part is that they admit what is going wrong THEN tell you why its going wrong THEN tell you what they are doing to fix it. These guys MO need to be the game making textbooks! I'm sure he won't read this but Frogboy your doing one of the best jobs in communicating I've seen. HUZZAH!
