Demigod, nervewracking!

Hi!

I just wanted to say how great demigod can be.

I just played a game, 4vs4 I think, but with two bots on each side. I was playing the Rook while the other player played Regulus.

What a nervewracking game it was, we were playing the annihilation mode in  pantheon (where you have to kill 20 enemies) and we were lagging badly behind, I died most often but the other player was quite good and killed more than he died, so I am trying to keep up. (Running away with Rook is hard! :P)

At one point the score was 14 to 10 for the enemy, we had destroyed most of their towers but they were killing us a lot faster, and I already thought we'd loose.

We do our best, I try to put up towers and everything but the score goes to 18 vs 16 for the enemy...

Then they make another kill and I think 'now we are definitely done for', then it happens though, the enemy gets too close to all the towers I placed in a cluster and we can finish off 3!

So now its 19 vs 19, the next kill counts, my heart is thudding and I am trying to see if we can find any lone enemy demigod. The other player is at half his health and far away from me at another flag, and I am thinking that he will be killed if they catch him there.

Sure enough there is a Queen of Thorns approaching, I am trying to get to the other player to aid him at full speed, which is the equivalent of a snail.

No way could I get there in time to help, but like a miracle the otehr player kills the Queen and suddenly the game is done!

Now, as dry as it sounds when I recount it, in game that was truly awesome.

Though I bet it would have been even greater with more people and les bots!
