Can anyone tell me how to create a custom tech tree? I use a custom race and would like to customize the tech tree. Thanks.
Download any of these files from the Library; Conglomerate of Zod, Asa of Yggdrasil, etc - study the custom trees in them to get the jist of what's involved.
Get yourself a good xml editor, or use the built-in TA editors.
Determine what you want and *Type*.

You gotta be curious & sturdy in your "interpretations" of what is widely available in these forums.
