Riddled with Issues

I've seen less bugs in WoW content patches. Like... seriously Stardock? This is awful. Menu load times are ridiculous, single player suffers from numerous different fatal errors, and the online multiplayer matchmaking engine BLOWS. P2P? Seriously?

Fix it or give me my $40 back please, so I can buy a game I can actually play.

We are working on it.  However, we also do provide refunds regardless of where you purchased it (even retail in North America) so if we don't fix it, we'll refund you.

I can't get over how awesome Stardock is. Sure the launch is a little bit shakey, but the game is great and the amount of customer service I have seen so far is awesome. I'm so used to being ignored by Blizzard. >_>

Job:

Active abilities 1-3: Lose Property, Lose Family, Wear Sackcloth

Active ability 4: Win Game

First blows up all structures but citadel. Second kills all allies and allied creeps. Third makes everything one shot you. Fourth blows up enemy citadel.

At least according to the manual they will give you a refund if you want.  If these problems persist next week I will probably take them up on their offer.

I don't really want to, but I won't pay for a game that's barely functional for the format which it was advertised.

Exactly, it is a fun game, but single player is ridiculously easy and crashes. If multiplayer worked properly and the matchmaking was efficient then it would be terrific. I don't want to refund my purchase, but I will if it isn't fixed.
